Service was great. However the actual replacement of the heads up display didn’t solve the clarity and orientation issue. Seems it’s just a faulty design.

I confirmed appointment and I took the 2022 suburban in the day before. I received a call from My wife after William had called in which I told him to call my phone number in which I circled on the paperwork. Took me a hour to finally reach him. John was Rude!! Anyways. They did the recalls and changed the fluid in transmission but they couldn’t figure out why the car would randomly shut off while I was driving. I was charged a half hour for this in which was not fixed!! I have heard from others that this has happen to their vehicle as well. Not good.
