The Chevy Trax packs in ample tech, comfort, safety, and power across its three trim levels. Powering the Chevy Trax is a spritely 1.4-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine that makes 138 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque. Working with the engine is a 6-speed automatic transmission. Drivers can also enjoy the choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive from McCurley Chevrolet, your Tri-Cities Chevy dealership.

Interior Features

With only three trim levels, the Chevy Trax keeps things simple. The base trim of the Chevy Trax comes outfitted with cloth-trimmed seats, 60/40 split folding rear seats, and seating for up to five. Moving to the LT trim ensures a few interior creature comforts, including remote start and a stowage drawer beneath the front-passenger seat. The top of the line Premier trim level includes heated front seats and simulated leather upholstery.

Exterior Features

The Trax ensures some adventure capability thanks to available roof rails, so you can easily strap various items to your roof. The Chevy Trax also includes a few wheel size options, sport chrome accents, and several other aesthetic tweaks.

The new Chevy Trax offers up a mix of classic safety features and modern driver assistance ones. The base trim sticks to airbags and seatbelts while upper trims make a Driver Confidence and Driver Confidence II package available (both add driver assistance features).

The Driver Confidence package includes blind-spot monitoring with rear traffic alert and rear parking sensors. The Driver Confidence II package includes forward-collision mitigation with automatic emergency braking and lane departure warning.

The Chevy Trax helps ensure that drivers can stay connected while on the move thanks to a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and 4G LTE Wi-Fi. The top of the line Premier trim also makes a Bose premium audio system available.
